We still have our popular classic dishes but now we have some delicious new ones too like:
Pesce Affumicato con Insalata di Granchio 
Carpacchio of smoked sword fish and tuna, served with a crab salad, endive and tarragon mayo
Spaghetti alla Crema d’Aragosta
Spaghetti served with a rich lobster cream sauce tossed with lobster, braised fennel and topped with crisp root vegetable nest
Filetto di Manzo con Funghi Selvatici 
Fillet of beef wrapped in parma ham, topped with shavings of parmesan cheese and served with pan seared wild mushrooms, seasoned with fresh mint, garlic and dressed with white truffle oil
Grigliata di Pesce 
Selection of mixed fish lightly grilled seasoned with sea salt, paprika, dressed with a ginger, chilli and lemon zest scented olive oil
